Product Substitution In the unlikely event that the product you require is not in stock, Drinks of France will contact you to confirm whether you would prefer either to receive a product of similar value and quality and be invoiced accordingly or the product to be back-ordered or to cancel the order (at no charge).
Cancellation You may cancel your order and return the goods to us, for any reason and at any time, up to 7 working days following delivery and we will refund the cost of the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the bottles arrive at the Drinks of France warehouse unopened and in saleable condition. Any such parcel must be sent prepaid. Drinks of France must be notified before it is sent and agree to its receipt.

Any shortage or breakage must be notified to Drinks of France within 24 hours of delivery and confirmed in writing within 3 working days. No claims can be entertained outside these deadlines. Any suspected non-delivery must be reported to Drinks of France within 4 working days of placement of order.
